COST OF LIVING/New rules highlighted as personal income tax filing season to begin

When Taiwan's 6.7 million households start filing their annual individual income tax returns on May 1, there will be a few changes from last year, including an increase in the basic cost of living allowance, the Ministry of Finance said Tuesday.
