Landslide in northeastern Taiwan delays 20,000 TRA passengers

A landslide on the Taiwan Railways Administration (TRA) line in northeastern Taiwan has caused a massive service disruption that affected nearly 20,000 passengers on Friday, and service will not likely resume until Dec. 8.
