Navy holds keel-laying ceremony for amphibious transport dock

The ROC Navy held a keel-laying ceremony for an amphibious transport dock at CSBC Corp. Taiwan's factory in Kaohsiung on Tuesday to highlight the construction of the warship and Taiwan's policy to build weapons at home.
