Traffic jam as Taipei region welcomes 4th Costco outlet

Costco, an American membership-only wholesale club, opened a new outlet in the Taipei suburb of Beitou on Saturday. Before its opening, shoppers were lining up for gifts, causing a traffic jam around the store.
