The seventh round of the government's COVID-19 rapid test kits rationing scheme will begin on Nov. 1, with holders of National Health Insurance (NHI) cards or Alien Resident Certificates (ARC) entitled to purchase up to six five-test kits, the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) announced on Wednesday.
