CLA offers free training courses to assist vision-impaired

Free training courses provided by the  Cabinet-level Council of Labor Affairs (CLA) are to be made available  to help the vision-impaired and reduce the impact on them of new rules  set to be imposed on the massage industry, an official said Saturday.
