Micron opens new Taichung facility to develop DRAM technology

U.S.-based dynamic random access memory (DRAM) chip supplier Micron Technology Inc. opened a new facility in Taichung on Monday to develop next-generation assembly, test and DRAM technologies to meet demand from artificial intelligence applications.
