INTERVIEW/Canada Conservative Party official upbeat on investment pact's chances

The deputy chief of Canada's opposition Conservative Party is optimistic on the chances of Canada and Taiwan signing an investment promotion and protection agreement (FIPA), which could lead to a rare visit to Taiwan by a Canadian minister to seal the deal.
