ROC flag-raising doesn't mean change in Taiwan-U.S. ties: official

The New Year's Day flag-raising ceremony held by Taiwan at Twin Oaks Estate, the former residence of Republic of China ambassadors to the United States, did not indicate any change in relations between Washington and Taipei, a U.S. State Department official said Monday.
