Taipei, Aug. 15 (CNA) The U.S. dollar rose against the Taiwan dollar Friday, gaining NT$0.022 to close at NT$30.010.
Turnover totaled US$1.059 billion during the trading session.
The greenback opened at NT$30.020, and moved between NT$29.965 and NT$30.064 before the close.
