Taipei, June 2 (CNA) The U.S. dollar rose against the Taiwan dollar Monday, gaining NT$0.059 to close at NT$29.988.
Turnover totaled US$1.619 billion during the trading session.
The greenback opened at NT$29.900, and moved between NT$29.870 and NT$30.036 before the close.
