U.S. dollar closes lower on Taipei forex market

Taipei, March 28 (CNA) The U.S. dollar fell against the Taiwan dollar Friday, shedding NT$0.006 to close at the day's low of NT$33.097.

Turnover totaled US$1.322 billion during the trading session.

The greenback opened at NT$33.120 and moved to a high of NT$33.198 before the close.
