Quirky but efficient, Taiwan's first carbon neutral building opens

Ask security guards at the main gate of National Cheng Kung University's campus in downtown Tainan just behind the main train station how to get to the“Magic School of Green Technology”or the new“green building”on campus, and all you will get is a blank stare.
