President Tsai extends sympathy to five Chinese missing in quake

Saving lives knows no boundaries, President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) tweeted on Friday, expressing sympathy for the five Chinese nationals believed to be trapped in a 12-story building that partially collapsed in an earthquake in Hualien late Tuesday.
