A group of employees of the state-owned Taiwan Power Company (Taipower,台電) has launched a campaign to call for greater consideration of the proposed amendments to the Electricity Act and is set to submit a petition to the Executive Yuan -- the highest executive branch of the government -- on Sept. 19.
