ROC to mark war-end anniversary with commemorative medals for veterans

The Ministry of National Defense said Tuesday that it will offer commemorative medals to veterans who participated in the Second Sino-Japanese War, as part of a series of events to mark the 70th anniversary of the Republic of China's victory over Japan in 1945.
