Taipei mayor aims to ride bike from Taipei to Kaohsiung in 21 hours

Taipei Mayor Ko Wen-je (柯文哲) is planning to complete a bicycle tour from Taiwan's capital Taipei in the north to Kaohsiung city in the south in just 21 hours on Jan. 9, to promote Velo-city Global Conference 2016, which his city will host next month.
