80-year-old grandma donates ambulance to Penghu hospital

Tsai Chen-mei (蔡陳美) used her old-age pension savings to donate a new ambulance to the Penghu branch of Tri-Service General Hospital as a show of gratitude for the ambulance service that has on three occasions rushed her to hospital for treatment.
