Kinmen receives OIE certificate for being FMD-free with vaccine

Outlying Kinmen County has been officially recognized by the World Organization for Animal Health (OIE) as foot-and-mouth disease-free with the use of vaccines, the Council of Agriculture (COA) said Monday.
