Changhua to be served by MRT system: President Tsai

President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) said Friday that Changhua will be served by a mass rapid transit (MRT) system, as a major government infrastructure program will include the extension of the Green Line of Taichung's MRT system to Changhua.
