Retired TSMC chair says honored to represent Taiwan at APEC summit

Morris Chang (張忠謀), the retired chairman and founder of Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (TSMC), said on Saturday he was honored to be representing Taiwan at this year's Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) leaders meeting in Papua New Guinea.
