ARATS head expresses hope of returning to Taiwan soon: SEF

The president of the Beijing-based Association for Relations Across the Taiwan Straits (ARATS) has expressed hope of visiting Taiwan again in the near future, a Straits Exchange Foundation (SEF) official said Friday.
