Tsai Ming-liang grabs Golden Horse Best Director for 'Stray Dogs'

Taiwan-based Malaysian director Tsai Ming-liang nabbed his second Golden Horse Best Director award on Saturday for "Stray Dogs," a film about a homeless single father who struggles to survive with his two children on the streets of Taipei.
