Proview Electronics sues Apple for fraud, unfair competition

Taiwan-based Proview Electronics announced Tuesday that it had filed an amended lawsuit against Apple Inc. in the California Superior Court for allegedly obtaining the iPad trademark through fraud and unfair competition.
