CAL warned to protect passengers' rights if strike proceeds

The Civil Aeronautics Administration (CAA) on Wednesday told China Airlines (CAL), Taiwan's largest air carrier, that it must safeguard the rights, interests and safety of its passengers if its flight attendants decide to go ahead with a strike.
