Significant improvement in safety of toy pens

Almost all the 30 toy pens selected for inspection this year by the government were found to meet product quality and labeling requirements, which is a significant improvement on last year when only one of the 17 randomly sampled toy pens passed both inspections, the inspectors said Tuesday.
