LINE chatbot set up to provide migrant workers with COVID-19 information

The Ministry of Labor on Tuesday said it has set up an automated chatbot service on the popular app messaging service LINE to provide migrant workers in Taiwan with easier access to COVID-19 prevention information in their mother language.
