Heavy rain warning issued for northern Taiwan Tuesday

Heavy rain advisories have been issued for Keelung, Taipei and New Taipei in northern Taiwan as well as Yilan County in the northeast Tuesday, due to lingering effects from seasonal northeasterly wind systems, according to the Central Weather Bureau (CWB).
