Taiwan issues sea warning for Typhoon Tembin (update)

The Central Weather Bureau issued a sea warning for Typhoon Tembin Tuesday afternoon and predicted that the storm's strong winds and heavy rains would be felt in eastern Taiwan from late the following day.
