President Tsai congratulates Shanmugaratnam on being elected Singapore president

President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) has offered her congratulations to Singapore's former Deputy Prime Minister Tharman Shanmugaratnam for winning the presidential election on Friday, Taiwan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a press release Saturday.
