U.S. officials applaud Taiwan for easing rules on pork, beef imports

Officials from across the United States government commended Taiwan on Friday for moving to ease standards on U.S. pork and beef imports, and threw their support behind efforts to broker a long-stalled free trade agreement (FTA) between the two countries.
