Tsai to kick off mechanisms to revamp Taiwan if elected

Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) chairwoman and presidential candidate Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) vowed Friday to put in place four sets of mechanisms to overhaul Taiwan if elected president in January.
