Xi meeting would hinge on 1992 Consensus, anti-independence: KMT chair

Opposition Kuomintang (KMT) Chairwoman Cheng Li-wen (鄭麗文) said Saturday that any meeting she might have with Chinese President Xi Jinping (習近平) will come with no preconditions beyond adherence to the "1992 Consensus" and opposition to Taiwan independence.
