Taiwan reaches driver's license deals with all Canadian provinces

Taiwan has now reached reciprocal driver's license agreements with all 10 Canadian provinces after finalizing such an arrangement with Newfoundland and Labrador, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) said Tuesday.
