Yushan sees lowest temperature this winter

Under a cold air mass, Yushan on Thursday recorded the lowest temperature of 8.1 degrees Celsius below zero since the start of winter, but did not get any snow because the cold air mass failed to bring sufficient moisture, the Central Weather Bureau said.
