Land warning issued for Typhoon Dujuan; heavy rain in forecast (update)

The Central Weather Bureau issued a land warning for Typhoon Dujuan at 5:30 p.m. Sunday, cautioning the public in northern and eastern Taiwan to be prepared for heavy rain.
