Dodgers reportedly pursuing Taiwanese pitcher Chin-hui Tsao

The Los Angeles Dodgers are close to signing right-hander Chin-hui Tsao, having reportedly obtained the required approval from Commissioner of Baseball Bud Selig to do so, as Tsao was linked to game-fixing allegations in Taiwan five years ago, according to an American newspaper.
