Wet, cool weather forecast for northern, eastern Taiwan Wednesday

Intermittent rainfall and cool weather can be expected in parts of northern and eastern Taiwan on Wednesday due to the effects of seasonal northeasterly winds, the Central Weather Administration (CWA) has forecast.
