Global Headquarters Grand Opening! CXIT Launches Its Global AI Supercomputing Network Architecture and Partners with International Industry Leaders to Advance the Vision of “Computing Power Without Borders”
CHUANG-XI Information and Technology Co., Ltd. (CXIT), a key Taiwan-based “AI Ecosystem Integration Service Provider,” recently held a grand opening reception for its new global headquarters office. In his opening address, Chairman and CEO Cheng-Lun Chen announced that construction of CXIT’s global network architecture officially commenced in June this year, with the first phase expected to be completed by the middle of the third quarter.
With strong support from Telstra and Equinix, CXIT’s international strategic partners in subsea cable connectivity and global data center cloud services, the initial phase will connect four core AI computing markets—Taiwan, the United States, Japan, and Hong Kong—through high-speed, dual-route subsea cable connections. This initiative officially launches the CXIT Group’s strategic blueprint for providing “Real-Time, Localized Global Computing Services”!
Backed by International Strategic Partners: CXIT Launches Its Cross-Border Network Architecture Across Taiwan, the U.S., Japan, and Hong Kong
CXIT Chairman Cheng-Lun Chen stated: “Global AI infrastructure is entering a period of explosive growth, and CXIT stands at a critical juncture. CXIT’s core positioning is to bridge the system integration gap across the planning and design, turnkey construction, and actual operation of AI supercomputing centers. We provide end-to-end deployment solutions covering data center construction, network architecture, AI smart environmental control, AI energy management, information security protection, and global computing services and resource orchestration.”

In response to rapidly surging international demand for cross-border AI computing resource orchestration, stable network connectivity, and secure operations, CXIT officially launched the deployment of its global network architecture this month. This project is strongly supported by two major international strategic partners: Telstra, Asia’s largest telecommunications company and a top-ten global subsea cable service provider, is CXIT’s key partner for global networking and subsea cable services; Equinix, the world’s largest data center operator, is CXIT’s core partner for global colocation facilities and cloud services.
Key highlights of CXIT’s global network architecture include:
•High-Speed Dual-Route Subsea Cable Connectivity: The backbone network utilizes high-speed, dual-route subsea cable links to comprehensively strengthen the stability, redundancy, and resilience of cross-border data transmission.
•Real-Time Global Computing Resource Orchestration: Through the shortest available network routes, computing power can be orchestrated and flexibly allocated worldwide in real time. Through Equinix’s Fabric Network, CXIT can also rapidly establish localized connections to major global public clouds. Combining low latency, high resilience, and exceptional flexibility, this network architecture enables seamless cross-border interconnection of computing resources worldwide!
•End-to-End Deployment of Smart Server Cabinets: CXIT is responsible not only for the electrical and mechanical hardware design of supercomputing centers, but also for the architectural planning and deployment of in-cabinet network equipment, information security protection, and AI-powered smart environmental control systems. This comprehensive approach bridges the critical gap in the integration of hardware and software systems for AI supercomputing centers.
Global Command Center Development Underway: AI Smart Environmental Control Enhances Precision Energy Efficiency and Operational Resilience
In conjunction with the launching of its global network architecture, CXIT’s newly established facility of over 300 ping in Pingzhen is expected to complete renovations soon. The first floor will be developed as a “Supercomputing Center Exhibition Space,” while the second floor will house a 24/7/365 “Global Monitoring and Operations Command Center.” The command center will serve as a key operational hub for monitoring CXIT’s global network, supercomputing center operations, smart environmental control, and energy management.
Through CXIT’s independently developed AI-powered “Smart Decision Analysis System” (SDAS), the Global Command Center will be able to monitor the operations of supercomputing centers worldwide, as well as the allocation of power grid resources—including green electricity and various forms of renewable energy—in real time. The system will also optimize data center power distribution and cooling operations, ensuring the stable operation of AI computing power while simultaneously enhancing energy efficiency and operational resilience.
Demonstrating AI System Integration Capabilities: Building a “Computing Power National Team”!
Looking back on its entrepreneurial journey, CXIT initially started from a small office of only about three ping, and has now expanded within the same building to hundreds of ping of modern office space. In recent years, CXIT has achieved great success in its international expansion: its subsidiaries in the United States, Singapore, and Japan are officially operational, while subsidiaries in Malaysia and Germany are currently in preparation. Moreover, overall business performance since the beginning of this year has doubled in just a few short months, far exceeding original annual revenue targets.
At the close of his remarks during the reception, CXIT Chairman and CEO Cheng-Lun Chen encouraged all company employees and strategic partners: “The next two to three years will be critically important for AI infrastructure development. CXIT's AI ecosystem has been in preparation for years, and now is the prime moment for it to shine! Together, we will build a ‘Computing Power National Team’ to achieve ‘Computing Power Without Borders’ and make Taiwan a key force in the global AI industry!”
