Retesting finds no phenobarbitals in preschoolers' blood: New Taipei

No phenobarbitals were detected in the blood samples of four students at a private preschool in New Taipei's Banqiao District who tested positive for the drug earlier this month, the city government said Tuesday, citing the results of confirmatory tests conducted via mass spectrometry.
