CECC 'won't allow' local governments to do universal COVID-19 testing

Health Minister Chen Shih-chung (陳時中) said Saturday that the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC), which he heads, will not allow local governments to test all arriving COVID-19 passengers without a coordinated response from the CECC.
