Ministry to appeal court ruling on Weiwuying design fees dispute

The Ministry of Culture (MOC) will appeal a district court verdict ordering it to pay for additional design work undertaken by the architects of the National Kaohsiung Center for the Arts, also known as Weiwuying, in southern Taiwan.
