TSMC supplier to invest NT$6 billion in Taiwan over next 3-5 years

Entegris Inc., an American supplier of semiconductor materials to Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (TSMC), announced Monday that it will invest about NT$6 billion (US$211 million) in Taiwan over the next three to five years.
