Taiwan to inject NT$411.6 billion in latest climate change adaptation plan

Taiwan's government on Thursday said it plans to inject NT$411.6 billion (US$12.70 billion) as part of its latest climate change adaptation plan over four years, with several new projects, including the building of desalination plants in Hsinchu and Tainan.
