Taipei, May 4 (CNA) Taiwan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) on Tuesday issued a red travel advisory for India, the highest level on its four-tier warning system, as that country's medical system continues to struggle under skyrocketing COVID-19 cases.
