U.S. President Donald Trump's signing Tuesday of the 2018 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) shows the support of the U.S. Congress to Taiwan and it is a "fairly positive" sign, ex-White House Chief of Staff Reince Priebus said Wednesday.
