Taiwan's government plans to change the name of the Association of East Asian Relations (AEAR) to the Taiwan-Japan Relations Association, a proposal that is set to be submitted to the Executive Yuan for approval, Foreign Minister David Lee (李大維) said on Monday during a legislative session.
