'My government will have best communication skills': DPP's Tsai

Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文), the chairwoman and presidential candidate of the opposition Democratic Progressive Party (DPP), on Sunday expressed confidence in her ability to communicate, and said that if elected, her government will be the best communicating government ever in Taiwan.
