President hits back at Taipei mayor over Taipei Dome controversy

President Ma Ying-jeou challenged Taipei Mayor Ko Wen-je Tuesday to refer him for judicial investigation if Ko thinks he should be prosecuted in connection with a simmering controversy over the Taipei Dome project.
