Taipei, July 1 (CNA) Taiwanese carrier EVA Air and its sister airline UNI Air announced on Tuesday that they will raise booking service fees for international flights starting Aug. 1.
In a statement, EVA Air said that the two carriers' flights departing from the Philippines or Hong Kong, booking fees will be set at US$28 per ticket, while other flights will be charged US$33.

CAL also recently announced that it will raise its booking service fee from US$28 to US$30 beginning July 9.
Starlux Airlines increased its booking service fee from US$25 to US$30 on April 1.
Meanwhile, Tigerair Taiwan has kept its booking service fees unchanged at NT$400 (US$12.55) during peak travel periods, and NT$300 during off-peak periods.
